At Bluebox, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in their original Bluebox packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
